High-Speed Design

Due to the high-speed communication system and other electronics modules that run at high frequency, the demand for high-speed IC is significant. PrimeSilicon offers top-to-bottom design of high-speed CMOS, silicon bipolar, and III-V digital ICs. We have the technical expertise to build self-aligned Si BJT/SiGe HBT technology and its application to high-speed circuits. We have tested and verified methodology to build high-speed analog and digital ICs.
